Are the British and the Tibetans both in danger of losing their country?

im don;t know about tibet but british-many would think so but i don't. really. the country belings to the queen and she takes money from the government who are running the country. if she says, everything stops, althoug i don't understand 1 thing, what is the government said no? they have a better army than the queen's soldiers.
