Are Han Chinese more closely related to Tibetans?

I read somewhere that Han Chinese can trace bak their origin from somewhere around he Northcentral china. We never were descended from any of the Altaic tribe or anywhere in central asia like the Koreans or the Japanese. Also I notice alot of Han Chinese share resemblence to the Tibetans. And the Chinese language is based on Sino-Tibetan form. I've also heard that Both Northern Chinese and Southern Chinese have the same haplogroup as the Tibetans. So is this true?
