Women and their confusing ways.?

So I met this chick awhile ago. She told me she was in to me, and she seems always eager to hang out! She even asks me more than i ask her. But on occasion she like blows me off. Sometimes when i text her she wont respond for like a couple days.. or when we kinda had the plan(not in stone yet) of hanging out and i ask her "Hey so did you want to hang out tonight?" She wont reply. Am I getting played? I'm 21, she is 20. I have heard from her and her best friend that she has only been with 1 guy, and that she is clearly not a slut. Whats going on? Should i take the not responding to heart? Or just not worry about it?
