Belly button piercing cleaning?

I got my belly button pierced a few months ago and I got some cleaning stuff from the piercer but I ran out so I heard a saline eye contact solution is good. I went to walmart and bought equate multipurpose solution for soft contact lenses. It does not say a saline solution so is it okay to use?
