My face is really itchy!?

Yesterday I bought a moisturizer similar to Cetaphil but like you know a brand that copies it, Equate I think! All I used last night for my face was St. Ives exfoliant, Neutrogena alcohol-free toner, Benzyl Peroxide 10% (I've used it before), Sulfur cream 6%, and the moisturiser. So do you think I should switch to a different moisturiser?
