Tampon help! i need to swim?

OK the best tampon in my experience is the Platex gentle glide...it opens 360 (all around) so it don't leak if your on your side and hun if there is blood on the string it's probably from when you inserted it...mine usually have a lil blood on the string too unless you wipe down there pretty good...I usually fold the tp up and press it gently where you insert the tampon just before inserting the tampon which helps. Some women do stop bleeding in water, but not all so I'd recommend using the tampon and don't use a super tampon if your not bleeding heavy...just use a regular one. Hope this helps
